Baseball And Softball Contract Review Delayed

The Farmersville Parks and Recreation Board did not take action Sept. 3 on capital improvements connected to the youth softball and baseball contract, leaving the matter for a future meeting. Board members said they still need more complete and updated information before making a recommendation.

According to the meeting recap, the board said it needs a documented list of improvements under the contract. Members also said updated information had not yet been provided, which delayed any review of the capital improvement questions tied to the agreement.
