Collin County Commissioners Court shifted attention to regional transportation, with discussion centered on the Outer Loop and how it will extend toward the east side of the county. The update focused on coordination with neighboring counties as planning continues to move forward.

Commissioner Webb said Rockwall County entered into an agreement with the Regional Transportation Council on how the Outer Loop will move forward once it turns north-south into Rockwall County. He also noted Denton County is already planning its east-west portion.
