Princeton Town Center Moves Forward And Kroger’s Timeline Is Now In Play

Princeton Town Center just moved another step closer to construction. Planning and Zoning commissioners approved the first phase on September 9, but not before questions about the approval process, a major change to the number of lots, and Kroger’s construction timeline.

First Up: Town Center Is Moving Forward

Commissioners conditionally approved the final plat for 66.623 acres north of U.S. Highway 380, about 327 feet east of Princeton Oaks Drive. Staff said this is the final land development step before building permits, putting the first phase closer to construction.
